Aisling Holland is a fully licensed and insured chartered physiotherapist who recently opened up her own physiotherapy practice here in Macroom. She set up her practice AISLING HOLLAND PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC and is operating out of Unit 3 Macroom Enterprise Centre here in the Macroom Business Park.
She has 13 years’ experience after graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy (1st Class Hons) from Trinity College Dublin in 2006.
For the past 8 years she has been working in Macroom Physiotherapy Clinic which she was managing for another physiotherapist.
Aisling also worked in New Zealand where she gained extensive experience in a variety of disciplines within the physiotherapy profession.
She has completed a number of post graduate courses including Acupuncture and dry needling, manipulation courses, vestibular rehabilitation, and women’s health. She returned to Perth Austraila in 2014 to complete a post graduate course in Manual Therapy at Curtin University.
She has a special interest in treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries, back and neck pain, soft tissue injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and Pilates.
Aisling strives to provide a personal and professional experience for each client, which is unique to them and their needs. She aims to help her clients return to normal functional activities with as few treatments as possible, and provide them with a home exercise programme to further enhance their rehabilitation.

Lee Valley Enterprise Board
The Lee Valley Enterprise Board was formed in 1990 to promote Macroom and its hinterland as an attractive place in which to live and work. It has 5 different sections within its remit—Industry, Agriculture, Culture & Tourism, Environment and Business/ Commerce. The Board has over 60 members whom pay membership each year to subsidise the promotion of the Lee Valley.
